Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is a psychological version of acupuncture, as no needles are used.  There are 14 main points that are accessed during EFT, which are generally at the beginning or end of a major meridian energy line in the body.
 
The Client simply taps a sequence of acupressure points with their fingers whilst using self-talk, in order to rebalance energy disruptions in the body (which helps them to feel empowered and re-energised).
 
EFT can be used on all emotional issues, pain management and many physical issues (see 'Hypnotherapy' page for list of specific issues). The skill in using EFT is in identifying what the true problem is, in order to resolve it once and for all.
 
EFT is a fast, powerful tool that is extremely easy to learn and can be used anytime, anyplace and anywhere.
